A trip to the pumpkin patch

It was a perfect day to go to the pumpkin patch.
We take the kids every year.

Sawyer was so curious and kept pointing at the pumpkins.

It's very challenging to get all 3 kids to look at the camera and smile.
Sawyer started fussing so we gave him a lollipop stick to chew on.

The rule was that whatever pumpkin you choose, you have to be able to carry it out of the pumpkin patch on your own.  Marshall kept going around and picking up pumpkins and saying "Nope.  Too heavy"

Me and the kiddos

Marshall and Jaylee finally found the perfect pumpkins!
There was still a little whining while carrying them out of the pumpkin patch.

Sawyer is doing so well with his walking skills.
He was so fussy because he didn't want to stay in the stroller, but he wasn't good enough at walking on the uneven ground.

Russ and the kiddos

No trip to Marker Miller farm is complete without a ride on the cow train!

Then we walked over to the apple orchards

We found Sawyer a little apple just his size!

"Hello anyone in there"

The kids enjoyed picking apples.

Of course we had to sample a few!

Sawyer chomped on this apple for quite a while!

Look how sweet they are!
I love how much they love each other.  They do have their fights, but they are so incredibly close.

Goof balls!

By the end of the day Sawyer was getting so tired.

We had such a great day!
Peace and love.....

Family

Sawyer got to visit with his cousins
Morgan, Kyra and Hayden

His Great Grandparents were here visiting too.

Aunt Laurie and Uncle Ron are staying for a few days to watch over the kids, animals and house while we go to D.C.

While we were gone Aunt Laurie, Uncle Ron and Amara helped the kids make pumpkin shaped rice crispy treats.

It looked like they had a wonderful time while we were gone!
